To generate a dialogue about interacting with peers who are ethnically, culturally, or otherwise different, use this exercise group experience: Divide students into two groups. Each group will be entrusted with the task of either buying or selling items. Privately provide separate instructions for each group on how they can lead, and these conflicts instructions. For example, a group can only talk about blondes, the other group can not allow to talk to the blondes others outside the group. The conflict resulting mirror real-life clashes and can be followed by a discussion to identify, understand and manage cultural, ethnic and interpersonal differences.
** BONUS INTERVENTION
"Problem hands" can be a big problem. It 'important to teach kids about to be victims, how to avoid further problems. But also remember to teach children that victims are not to blame. Victims sometimes do not report problem touching by peers for reasons that relate to guilt.
